Urease-LF

Urease-LF is an enzyme preparation consisting of urease enzyme derived from Lactobacillus fermentum.
By catalyzing the hydrolysis of urea into ammonia and carbon dioxide, Urease-LF prevents formation of ethyl carbamate in such liquors as wines, Japanese sakes, etc.
