Amifilex AL-G2

Amiflex AL-G2 is a high performance low-sodium hydrolysed corn protein with approximately 25% protein-derived glutamic acid (as MSG).
It is used for flavour enhancement as well as for replacing added MSG in all kinds of food preparation.
